Seatown Cleaners offers transparent, flat-rate pricing based on your home size and services requested. The minimum price for a one-time cleaning is $300.  Save up to 20% off when you book a recurring service. 

Seatown Cleaners services all of Seattle and its surrounding neighborhoods like Ballard, Queen Anne, and West Seattle. If you live outside of these areas, let us know and we can usually make it work.

Our cleaning teams use premium products from high quality, trusted brands. If you have any specific questions regarding the products used in your home, give us a call! 

Professional cleaners use very specific products to get the best results. For that reason, please submit any specific cleaning product requests when booking your appointment. 

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Weekend availability is limited and reserved for emergency cleanings. Available cleaning hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

Every cleaning is backed by a 100% happiness guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, we’ll send a team back to clean any missed areas. If you’re still unhappy after your re-cleaning, we’ll refund your money back.

We require at least 24 hours notice for non-emergency cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours, there is a $150 cancellation fee.
