How to Prepare For Your Cleaning

  • Please remove excess clutter, dishes, and laundry from the areas you need cleaned in your home.
  • Secure your pets! We love animals but we can’t control how they will react when cleaners are in their home. 
  • Wear a mask and stay safely distanced from your team of house cleaners if you are sick.
  • Please allow 30-60 minutes past your scheduled appointment time for your cleaner to arrive due to Seattle traffic.
  • Leave out lists with special requests, and any cleaning products or equipment you would like your house cleaners to use.
  • Please ensure there is running hot water and electricity throughout home. 

We recommend that you, family members, roommates, and pets are absent from the areas of your home that we will be cleaning. When possible, leaving your home and giving your house cleaner safe access is the best option to ensure a thorough, efficient clean. 

If you have any special requests for your house cleaners, just leave a note or drop us an email! If you absolutely do need to be present at home, we recommend staying in a separate, enclosed area. This allows our house cleaners to efficiently move throughout the house, spend more time cleaning, and less time in your way.
